Brilliant. Once I made the appointment, I was kept informed at all stages. They both arrived well in time and they have done an excellent job of my carpets I've had my carpets cleaned a number of times by different companies and this is the first time I have used clean and fresh carpets I honestly won't use any other company now because I have seen a significant difference The carpets in my house are mainly white and I have never seen them come up so clean and look new again. I was ready for flinging my hall carpel out and I cannot believe the difference now they have been cleaned. They have never come up like this before. I'm really impressed and I would recommend these two guys who work extremely hard to anybody. I did pay a little more than I have previously to other companies, but it was worth every single penny. ~ Dolours B

Brilliant service! I moved into new property and wanted to freshen it up and get the carpets cleaned. Got InTouch through an ad I seen on Facebook and they was quick to respond and we agreed on a price straight away and I booked my timeslot. They guys turned up on time and was very polite and they got on with what they was there to do. Noticing how good of a job they was doing using professional equipment I asked if they could also do a sofa for me. Very reasonable price again so added it to there job. They finished leaving the carpets and my sofa looking brand new and smelling fresh. Couldn't fault them one bit brilliant price and brilliant service I'll definitely be using again. Incredible service from start to finish. I was quoted a price and booking date and it was followed up with a confirmation email. I then had reminders at one week and at one day, which are always helpful. Clean and Fresh Carpets arrived on the dot of the time they said they would, and were thorough and quick and it's obvious they know their carpet fabrics. I had a large lounge, hall, stairs and landing cleaned and honestly, I wouldn't go anywhere else now, It can be quite intimidating letting strangers in your house but they were both really professional and it was a nice touch having a photo in the confirmation email, it was appreciated. The carpets look wonderful, smell great and they are not left hugely wet either, which is a bonus. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Don't bother booking anyone else. ~ Nicole E

I booked a cleaning for 1 hallway and 2 bedroom carpets as it was agreed in my tenancy to do so if I kept a cat. I did receive a small extra fee as I forgot to mention that I live in a flat meaning Peter and his colleague had to carry their very heavy equipment up 2 flights of stairs, but they still took up the work and were very kind about it. They discovered some heavy damage to the carpet which I just thought was a stain from a previous tenant and they provided expert knowledge about the type of carpet I had and what their opinion of the damage was. This has saved me from receiving the blame from my landlord! I heavily recommend this cleaning service as I received a stress free clean for a very reasonable price! ~ Shannon S

We contacted Clean & Fresh after spilling a pint of milk on our lounge carpet, and failing miserably to clean it up. The smell was horrific! Peter responded to my query within an hour, and was able to visit that afternoon owing to a cancellation local to my address. Peter and his colleague did a fabulous job of explaining the impact of the milk spillage and showing me how it had penetrated the carpet and underlay. They explained some options and thankfully, were able to rectify the damage. They cleaned the entire carpet and applied a specialist solution to the spillage directly, they were extremely thorough, progressional and competent. They took the time to explain what we need to do to ensure the carpet thoroughly dries as quickly as possible, and left me a 20% discount for future services within the next 3 months. An efficient and honest company. No pressure sales, they come to do the job and an amazing job they do. I have 2 young children and a pooch, teamed with cream carpets. Usually a recipe for disaster but these guys have made my carpets look like a show home, all the drink, food and sticky sweet stains are gone! They are lovely individuals which are clearly experienced and highly skilled in their trade. Very happy and impressed with the results. Given the price I was sceptical, but in reality, a great company, being fair and reasonable with their pricing. Already recommended to friends and booked in myself for next year ~ Courtney Q

Peter and his lovely son cleaned our stairs and landing today and we honestly cannot believe what an amazing job they've done. Our stairs were covered in dark stains (oil-based according to Peter so probably from food and drinks our 4 teenage lads have taken up!) The carpet now looks like new! It was so stained that we'd decided to change it but I'm so glad I gave Peter a chance: he's saved us a lot of money. So a massive heartfelt thank you Peter for your incredible service. Excellent service . Peter was the first to respond and came the next day to clean (what I thought were relatively clean carpets ) of our new home . He got out his UV torch and showed me what was actually hidden in the carpets 🙈. At one point the house must have had a pet (unknown to me) . The UV torch picked up the urine stains . He then spent the next 4 hours using his industrial equipment to sanitise, flush out and deep clean the carpets. He worked 4 hours solid and then went back to check with his UV torch to make sure nothing was missed . He made sure I was happy with his work before leaving me with a bottle of his own stain solution. If you’re moving into a new home or just want to clean your carpets , so they look brand new then I would highly recommend Peter. You will not be disappointed. Will most definitely be recommending him to all my friends and family and will use him again without hesitation . ~ Yasmin

Peter and work colleague are amazing. Amazing price, work and conduct. Friendly and professional I can not recommend enough. We booked in for a lounge, dining room and stairs carpet clean. They have come up as new. They smell amazing. The pile is fluffy again!, so much so you can feel it underfoot. I was expecting the carpets to be quite wet but I was pleasantly surprised. The carpets were slightly damp but as advised dried over a few hours. Will definitely be booking for the rest of the house. I would most certainly recommend. Just bought a flat and requested an end of tenancy full cleaning .I wasn't alert that those carpets has been heavily soiled with dog urine from previous owners.Peter and his son made a fantastic job with their very modern,powerful machines and solutions .The scent is amazing and the carpets look so fresh and so clean!I'm very grateful I've chosen their business to do the job !The price was also very fair for the job they have done.I can highly recommend them even if you are having an apartment on any floors of the building or you have a big house .Thank you,boys!!! ~ Tímea N

I highly recommend Fresh and Clean. They are professional, friendly, and really go the extra mile. Small touches, like wearing shoe covers (which felt very respectful of my home), and sending an email beforehand with preparation details and even a picture of Peter, gave me complete peace of mind. My couches are all different fabrics, and they were so knowledgeable about how to treat each one. The results are incredible — they look and feel like new. More than impressed with the work done to fix my wool carpet, I could have cried. I had a go at trying to remove stains from my brand new wool carpet but it had bleached out the colour and some of the carpet colour had run making it look a dreadful orange colour. Omg , I was amazed - the carpet looks like new again. Balalz managed to take out the colour run and used a dye to replace the colour that had come out. Definitely give Peter and Balalz (his son ) a go if your looking for repair, two of the nicest men to deal with and their work is second to none . They are true professionals, i will be booking them for my yearly carpet clean.You can see from the picture what I had done to my carpet. Now you can't see it. Impressed as well that they gave me a bottle of stain remover which is safe to use on all carpets, lesson lurnt to not trust the stuff you can buy from the shops as it ruined my carpet ( even though it had the wool safe logo on it ) ~ Michelle P

Absolutely amazing customer service, staff polite, professional and WOW, what an amazing job with my 8 year old BEIGE carpets that look like they are new! Every stain gone. Even ones they could guarantee an improvement in, they didn't just improve, they disappeared and the carpet was like new again. It was absolutely remarkable. Best money I've spent in a long time. Our carpets are less than 2 years old and looked really dull and in need of a good clean, we were just thinking of replacing them altogether but I’m so glad we didn’t and we found Peter. I had my carpets and stairs runner cleaned by Clean and Fresh and they have done an amazing job. The team were very professional and very thorough. They explained what they were going to do and due to the type of carpets did some tests prior to cleaning to ensure that it would be okay. Outstanding!! The team turned up at the exact time they said they would be there. Before they stepped into the house they put shoe protectors on. They cleaned my suite and carpets throughout the house. We had a few stains on the carpets but didnt think they were that bad........the stairs were like a different carpet. Amazing service! Booked after reading reviews on here and so glad i did. Peter and his colleague were so hardworking. They did not stop from the second they arrived and were so polite. We were thinking of getting new carpets as ours are cream and with 4 young kids they definitely didn't look fresh but after the clean they are as good as new! Peter arrived on time was extremely helpful and pleasant. Our living room carpet was very bad due to having the builders in for a few weeks. Peter took his time with preparing the carpet for cleaning when he finished could not believe as our living room carpet was like brand new spotlessly clean and smelt lovely.
